53cm Quantec Race Scandium Road Frame + Carbon Fork
Its a german frame so I thought I'd post some extra info:
High-tech frame with aerospace alloy, developed for low weight with high tensile strength (stiffness). This framework has one of the highest "Stiffness to Weight" values on the market. http://quantec.ccmsport.de/index.php?id=65
It’s a really light frame, weighing around 1100g. The fork is carbon. I found it very responsive and comfortable. I only used it during my first season racing (2007) and had no crashes with it. I used a different bike for training during the winter. Since then I’ve been on sponsored bikes and now that I’ve stopped racing I’ve decided a smaller frame size suits me better.
It has had a respray because I had some stickers from sponsors on there and they didn’t come off properly. The frame looks as new and is in great condition.
I will also include the Ritchey WCS Seatpin, WCS headset and a black bottle cage. Ultegra Bottom Bracket can also come with it if required.
I’m selling it for £400 ono
I’m based in Loughborough but will be in London at the TCR show in mid February if that helps at all...
