Back Issue Wanted.....

Hi all, put this in 'wanted' also, but i am desperate!! [:)]



Doing Ironman UK this year, my first Ironman - and my copy of issue 183 with weeks 17, 18, 19, 20 training schedule has gone missing, and no back issues available through official channels going back that far!!

Please can someone help, either with e mail or fax copy of page concerned, or alternatively I can purchase mag (!)
