The Super-Sprint Rowathlon is a 2.5k row, 7k bike (14 laps of cycle track) and 2.8k run (7 laps of athletics track) course and the Super-Sprint Duathlon in the afternoon is 2.8k, 7k, 2.8k.
Very manageable distances for beginners on the traffic-free course and it's proper head-down, high-octane racing for the speedsters.
