I 'd like to do a Half IM next year. What is the minimum hours per week of training to complete it?

My background: 40, completed two Olympic race. Ive been training 4-5 hours per week for two years.

Hi Jean, did you have any particular race in mind? Did you want to compete or complete? 4-5hrs should see you to being able to complete a half. I did Wimbleball last year on around 6-8hrs a week.

Thanks Rob, my target is to complete ( no time target in mind!).

Yes aiming at 70.3 in Singapore next september (I live in Hong Kong).

Benny, no problem, so far seems that with 6-8h/week it's achievable!

    Happy training!
