Music and Competition

Hi, how many of you listen to music during the bike and run on competition days (especially the longer tris)? What are the pros and cons? Cheers Stew

Sorry to say this but it is outside assistance again,as the MP3/tape player may contain a pace rate for the race,but people still use them.
