As part of my degree course I am doing a survey on P.E.I.S and how it effects triathletes. Could you please spend a minute answering 10 simple questions on the bugbear of all us triathletes P.E.I.S. I am hoping to discover the most common trigers and the best way to avoid P.E.I.S. By taking part in this questionairre you will be giving me your informed consent to use the data you provide in my research. All the data will be confidential and be covered by the Data Protection Act. All the participants who take part will be maintain anonymity. I will also make my conclusions of the survey known and hopefully this will help you prevent secombing to P.E.I.S in the future.
