650c frames

Does anyone have any idea where I can find a new supplier of 650c frames, but in a man's size? I need to replace my old frame, but can't find sizes above a 53cm. Can anyone help?

    I dont know where to get one but ide say get a frame that uses 700c.That way you have much wider range of things to get for it for example better range of tyres,Better range of wheels etc...... .I hate to say it but 650c fading away.People would rather have 700c these days
