[:D] Hi,

I am a new starter to Wimbleball !! Is it really 56 hills on the bike !! I'm after ideas on nutrition and bike tyres.

What do you suggest on how many gels, bars, energy drinks etc approx for the event, i realise it will depend on conditions on the day but just a rough guide would be a great help. Also currently running Michelin Pro Race tyres and tubes and find to be great but problay need new tyres/tubes. probaly get the same again. What do you think on this choice of tyres for the hilly bike course.
