I am currently organising the 10th Isca Duathlon. If you are interested in entering a great event which is suitable for all abilities then please read the information below.

Welsh Championship race 2011
WTA Member £21.00
Non Member £24.00

Registration will start at 8:00 am and the first wave will leave campus at 9:00 am. We have some great facilities at the University Sports Centre including parking, changing rooms, catering, run and become shop for the event, and 6 sport therapists giving free treatments!
This year we are pleased to be sponsored by K SWISS, Lucozade, SIS and TonyPryce Inter Sport.
The event consists of a 4km undulating run around the local area followed by an 18km cycle out to Llangybi and then another 4km run. The event is suitable for all abilities and all entrants will receive a goody bag. There is also a £100 cash prize for a new course record. There are also some top prizes to be won in all categories.
