    15.7% bodyfat and 70.3kg weight



    Last week i was



    18.3% bodyfat and 69.6kg weight



    So im heavier with less fat :D

    That pic of the food looked like what i would start with before i cook dinner; pepper, onion, carrots, mushrooms, some form of pulse/bean, not sure what the weird grey cream chese stuff was or the red thing with the banana, but generally looks like it could be nice. Did you eat it all raw?
  • yeah most of it, cooked some veg, i think the grey cheese thing was salmon or tuna... :P the red stuff was raspberry smooshed up with yoghurt and oats



    my cooking has improved since then,



    Last night i had a plate of veg, a plate of cooked veg, home made barley and beef soup (2 bowls thereof), 3 home made flapjacks, a banana, a handful of berries, half a protien bar and about a litre of milk

    Ah that makes more sense, sound like an intersting experiment, not sure i'd be able to sustain more than a few days of that though.
