Tri Diet!

Hey guys, Some of you know im following a ketogenic fast diet atm (the warrior diet). I feel great and full of energy but there is no way its going to be adequate for an OD triathlon (judging by how i feel), i am going to keep that going for a another week and half. After that I need to start thinking Tri.

Anyone know any good articles or books on this?

And will i get flabby following it? I know theres a lot of carbs involved [8|]
