    Mothers Milk....

    Its oats which are then boiled with milk and some add sugar... some add salt (yuk). then it turns into porridge. This can be topped off with honey or fruit.... its slow release energy food that is really healthy and fecking tasty.....

    Love a bowl of porridge in the morning. topped off with honey. quite partial to a spot of cinnamon as well.

    The porridge is as described above. Really good slow release food. and That and the jam on toast sat well on the stomach, no problems what so ever. Got the sugar from the Jam and the energy from both the porridge and the toast.

    I have to say I generally have nuts or fruit on my porridge. Yes it is rather tasty.
