To Train or not To Train?

As we are in the season of coughs and colds and I am enjoying my second so far this year, does anyone think it's a good idea to train through a cold? I have heard both sides but have already lost one week and looking like losing another one of training
With no medical qualifications whatsover, I can only offer my personal experience – which is to listen carefully to your body and don't overdo it!
That said, I hate missing training sessions due to illness, so I feel much better about things when I do manage to get out of the house, if only for a short one.
Have you seen a doctor yet?
