I entered this race back in November with the idea of training hard and giving myself a goal for tne new year and being really fit for the tri season ahead.  Although i've run a fair amount, track intervals, off road and road, i havnt been out on my mountain bike since early november for various reasons - so just turbo trainer.  I have been struggling with my training over the past two/three weeks - not training anywhere near enough and with the race in two weeks time - wondered if anyone who had raced this before could give me any last min tips or advice - i dont want a DNF! Thanks
