Downloading a ROUTE to a Forerunner 305

I seem only to be able to download gpx files from map my ride to the 'courses' section in training. Anybody got any idea or can point me in the direction (!) of somewhere that shows how to download into ROUTES for better navigation?

    Sounds like you're using the new maymyrun site. If you see the link to the old site, click that. It allows you to export to crs files which you then import to the Garmin using their Training Center program.
