Hi

I am pretty new to all this & was after some advice from the more experienced of you

 

I am looking to buy a new roadbike as have been training on a mountain bike until now. My budget is in the £1000 region. I am torn between a decent (for the price) carbon frame (Felt Z6) with Tiagra kit, or an Alloy frame (Scott S20) with better 105 kit on it.

I am leaning towards the Felt, with a chance to upgrade the kit in future, but was wondering what everyone else thinks ?

    I  would go for the Felt. It might be on offer at Wiggle at the moment too.
