Fitness after DVT
I've just been diagnosed with DVT. There's relatively little info around on the best way to get back to fitness after DVT, the best exercises to do to help the leg recover, and even what may help or what mighty be dangerous exercise wise.
As a 56 year old previous non-athletic type I completed my first olympic distance tri last year and I don't want it be my last .
Does anyone have any relevant experience or know of resources for help or information please?
