Spring Classics

I'm training for my first 70.3IM in July. I'm a dedicated (however lacking in talent) cyclist and my goal is to participate every weekend in one of the spring classics in Flanders until May.  

The IM is my main goal and I'm wondering if participating in those classics is a wise decision since it seems I need 2 days to recuperate and 1 restday for the race. This doesn't leave a lot of time for swimming and running and now I'm wondering if its actually stupid.

Any thoughts?
