Setting a road bike up for triathlons

I have upgraded my old Merida and recently purchased the Pinarello FP Uno that fits, I found the Merida was to big for me as this was second hand from a friend but since purchasing the UNO i can't seem to get a nice feeling ride.

i dont feel comfy on the bike. Does anyone have any tips that could help me set the bike up for a better feeling, 

clip on set up, bars, seat etc,

    I'd take it back to where you bought it from and ask them to help as they should really ensure it fits before selling it to you. Failing that, lots of good bike shops offer a more formal fitting session, it may cost you around £100 but will be worth it in the longer term.
