Bike Set Up

i have bought the Pinarello FP Uno, I'm finding it hard to set up the bike for Tri's and and comfy ride. Does any one have any advice on the best way to set this up?

    Best advice I can give is to get a professional bike fit, a bike fit is not cheap but is well worth the cost if your bike is not set up correctly.

    If you brought the bike from a bike shop it might be worth asking them for advice on fitting if not a google search could reveal  bike fitters local to you.
