Polarized Training
in General Chat
I recently wrote a short(ish) review of the research behind polarized training, which I hope will be of use to athletes/coaches on here. I'd love to hear anyone's feeback/experience on the matter?

Really good read. The threshold summary corresponds well to my recent LT test (http://50bpm.com/7-weeks-to-north-shore-marathon-training-progress-and-lactate-threshold-test-results) - 151 for LT and 171 for MMLS.
I was looking into training polarisation but for now I can't handle the intensity with the load. Majority of my training is still in z1 / z2, with intense trainings being around VT2, but not above. Soon
There is something to look into I see
