this is a great article, it was a pleasure to read and I start to wonder how I will measure against this (probably should say afraid instead of wonder, as true mid-packer)

    Glad you enjoyed it Marcel! We think Tim did very well to line up against such amazing athletes as Non, Lauren and Faye.

    It's worth knowing that there are a few places that offer similar levels of physiological assessment for age-groupers, such as the Surrey Human Performance Institute, more info here:
