newbie to the tri world
Giving it a go as I train a lot but dont have naything to work towards !
Going away for 6 months with work to sunny cyrus so got a good training platform to go off.
swim times : 1 mile - 40 minutes (my weak link)
Cycles: 30 miles - 1 hour 10 mins
6 miles run - 37 to 39 mins averaging
im an open book at the minute and taking a lot of info on board to enhance my knowledge and training.
my goals over the next 6 months are an olmpic tri, and 12 months a haklf iron man.
thoughts welcome if ya think these are achievable and any tips welcome also.
