This is a series of 4 swim/ run races held once a month through the summer at Fritton Lake. The races are open to juniors and adults (min age 12 on day of race). Points will be awarded to each athlete according to their performance at each race. An athletes best 3 performances will count towards the race series.
All races consist of a 400m Swim/ 3.2km Run
The four race dates are 19th May, 23rd June, 28th July, 18th August
It is not necessary to compete in all four but if you want to be in the running for one of the race series' prizes you need to complete at least 3 of the events.
The cost is £10 per race.

The lake is hotting up already. It was 19.5 degrees on Tuesday!
