Annoying Spam in my training diary!!

Why is annoying junk spam being posted onto my training diary - I use the 220 training diary as a motivator, not to receive junk mail - is there any way of stopping it - not sure why someone would want to comment on another's training anyway! 

Thanks - annoyed user (who's just deleted his training and had to enter it again)! 

Anyone else experienced this - it was some rambling about golf clubs and usb ports..... more annoying I opened my email as it stated 220 private message!!

I too had this around the same date as your post.  It was to click a link for sports watches I think.  I didn't open it in case it was a spam/virus.  It would be useful if you could delete posts/comments in your traiing log, rather than having to delete your entry and re-load it.
