what's it to be in 2015?

now the remnants of the enormous christmas pudding i seem to have eaten have been cleared away i feel i can turn thoughts to the 2015 season - mainly because i didn't have a 2014 one.
this year's priority list looks something like this:
- stop being injured / broken
- try to get some consistency back in my training
- get my sorry bum round IM Wales
- do a sprint tri or two, because i miss them and they are fun
anyone else got a 2015 hit list? small training steps in january becoming big racing strides in july?

2014 for me was virtually a wipe out due to an injury.
I'm seeing the specialist in a few days so hope to get sorted and back training in 2015 then try to get in GB age group team for 2016 World champs in Mexico.
Here's my 2015:
- March: Padiham Aquathlon
-April: Skipton Tri (sprint)
-May: Chester Half Marathon
June: IM 70.3 Staffordshire
Haven't thought any further than that, as everything I'm doing is to get me to the start line (and finish line) of 70.3 Staffordshire!
