Half Ironman Training
I began racing in 2013 completing the London marathon. Since then I've competed in a number of events from 5k/10k/half marathon and stepping into Triathlon. I've completed a number of sprint events and last year finished my first Olympic distance triathlon. This year I have signed up for my first half ironman event at Marlow in July. However, the articles I read in 220 tend to be geared more towards training for a full ironman instead of the middle distance. Can you please help with an article on training for a first half ironman and provide some tips on how to train well and make it to the finish line!
