Beginner's 12 week plan...

Dipping my toe into the world of triathlon am embarking on the 12 week training plan on this site. Can anyone shed any light on what the Strength session bit of the plan means? Eg in week 1 it says to swim 30 mins and then underneath it says Strength session 30 mins. Thanks

Great to hear! This plan is designed to get beginners into the habit of regular training, so are designed to be fairly open.
As such it can be any strength session you fancy, some ideas here:
