Bike Cameras

Hi,

I'm looking at investing in a camera for my bike. Mainly to record my bike rides but also as evidence to dangerous drivers etc. I would preferably like one that I can clip onto the handle bars rather than a helmet one. 

Has anyone got any recommendation or advice. I am a soon to be student so the cheaper the better really!
