The Season Starteth

So a new season is upon us and some of you uber athletes will have already done some duathns and some early tri's but which events have you done or will be doing in the near futre.So far i've signed up for Horwich tri which is on May 1st,The Outlaw july 24th,Macclesfield sprint 28th August and Tatton Olympic 11th September.
If anyone is doing any of these it would be good to say hi to folks.

Still pushing hard to get over the knee injury and getting my fitness back to a reasonable level....

You done Horwich before?? its a real bugger of a course..the run is brutal...I did it last year.

Unfort it would kill my knee again so my next race isn't until mid June. Only racing very sparingly this year
