Frame or Goproupset

after a bit of advice, looking at buying a TT bike around £2000 and wondering what to prioritise??

my last 4 bikes have been boardman and I've not had a bad one yet so I'm drawn to the air TT 9.0. However the spec isn't as good as it used To be, switched from Ultegra to 105/tiagra mix at 14MY. 

I'm now torn though between that and the Dolan scala, which is the same price but with full Ultegra and zipp 60 wheels.

Now the wheels aren't a big thing as I already have race wheels which are similar depth but lighter. I can't decide if the Boardman is worth the money for the frame, seeing as it is closely related to the TTE, or if I should go for the Dolan's open mould frame with the better group set! 

any my suggestions much appreciated
