    Some great photos there Chris, even one of me on the run and one of my other half doing the swim. 

    Tallington Tri was a great day, and a great course.  I am not the quickest in any of the fields, but I actually got a personal best on the swim, bike and the run.  Very pleased with myself. 

    Credit to the event organisers for putting on a great event.
