Talkback: London Triathlon: Helen Jenkins 'had a bit of aggression to let out'

Raced in the Olympic Plus distance at London Triathlon today (55-59 AG). A big step up for me in my 2nd year of Tri, last year was mostly Super Sprint and one Sprint. Testing SBR courses made for a challenging event. Cramped up on lap 3 of the bike and during the run, so definitely some more specific training before the 70.3 at Keilder in September!
