Could be training, racing or nutrition advice - what's really helped you?
Advice I've had is
"Don't divulge your best training secrets to your competition"
General advice I've had that's worked for me:-
Listen to your body.
Don't forget to have regular rest days.
Have a bike fit.
Have a 121 with a sports nutritionist.
Train with a finis pro trainer in the pool.
Train with a power meter on the bike.
Train on empty at weekend.
