TRI FOR LIFE
Sunday 10th July at Dorney Lake, Eton
Take part in Tri For Life, a family-friendly charity triathlon for disabled children’s charity Whizz-Kidz
You can take part as an individual, or as a team. With super-sprint to Olympic distances there is something for everyone, from complete novice to pro, adult and child.
Registration fee: £35-65 ; Fundraising target: £200 (individuals); £500 (teams)
Here are the events:
Triathlon
Short distance triathlon over 16yrs
(400m swim / 20k cycle / 5k run)
Medium distance triathlon 18yrs and over
(800m swim / 30k cycle / 7.5k run)
Long distance triathlon 18yrs and over
(1500m swim / 40k cycle / 10k run)
Duathlon
Adult duathlon over 16yrs
(2.5k run / 20k cycle / 5k run)
Kids Duathlon ages 9 - 15
(500m run / 5k cycle / 500m run)
Scootathon ages 4-8
(400m scoot / 400m cycle / 250m run)
