Norseman gearing reccomendations

Has anyone on here actually done Norseman? I have been lucky enough (after 5-yrs of trying) to get a place and was wondering just how hilly it actually is and what ratios to use. I did IM Switzerland this year and must admit I was over-geared. Any other advice would be greatly received too.
