Kick-off the training

Hi guys..first post from me. Did a tri season in 2005 but not been able to commit to much since then yet maintained decent baseline fitness minus the bike :o(

I have a half marathon coming up plus some long-distance swim events but really need some good motivational advice for working a training plan into my busy work routine. Hope to do a couple of Olympic distance races towards the end of the season.

I am struggling to find a decent training programme online that looks straightforward...any advice on where to find something that'll get me going again would be much appreciated.

I'm fired-up for getting back to shape and top fitness after reading through a few of the forum posts. Re-subscribed to 220 so hope I'll be feeling that warm fuzzy feeling soon soon soon!
