Boardman carbon fibre road bike - excellent condition

Hi,
I am selling my road bike which I've had for just over a year. It is in excellent condition and I am only selling it because I want to buy a MTB instead. I would be interested in a swap depending on the type of mtb being offered. I bought it from Halfords in London just over a year ago and I've used it for about 3 triathlons last year as well as for commuting in central London. It is incredibly fast and lightweight and I really don't want to sell it but can't afford two bikes at the moment. I use a dhb hard case box when I have to travel with it. At the moment, It's in Ireland as I commute to the UK so I can arrange for it to be seen/bought from in either Dublin or London (but preferably Dublin). I really do not want to sell this bike but I am travelling so much at the moment that its just not being used as much as it should. It is a dream to ride and the best thing to do for the spec. is to have a look at the boardman website.

Apart from that, it is size SM (154cm) but I have recently fitted a new stem so the top tube length is now adjusted to 151cm (XS). I'm looking for £700 but will consider other offers if someone wants to buy the dhb box too (advertised separately).
