tri tv download speed

does anyone have problems with Triathlon TV. when i watch it it stops every 30 seconds to buffer. I have no problem with other sites. anyone got any answers. i have e-mailed customer services of this channel various times but to no availl, they soon took my £20 subcription fee though.
