Home Training for a Triathlon

Best ironman training?

I'm competing in my 1st ironman the end of September. I have completed a few sprints and a couple Olympic. I have the option to do a half ironman at the end of may or I can do a marathon at the beginning of may and the grand forno (173km bike) at the beginning of June. Which would be better for my training completing the half or the other 2 as they are the distances I need to get up to? Thanks
