    Barend shifters. Dangerous. I spent so long on my bike the other day and changed gear so often that I've strained the ligaments in my wrist.
    Otherwise very nice.

    don't change gear then....

    Can't see how you would strain your wrists with ski pole extensions. S-Bend extension perhaps....
