Hi guys, I am holding a new event called a 'Swicle' which is a duathlon of swimming and cycling. With no running, it is a perfect event for those currently holding injuries, as you are still able to train and compete with no fears of aggrevating the injury.
The Swicle will be held at Kings School, Winchester on Bank Holiday Monday 29th August. There will be 3 races: Kids, Novice and Sprint so all ages and abilities are welcome!
