lightweight TT framesets

so I have done my first triathlon and I want to go faster!!  As a cyclist, the bike leg is my strongest area.  Currently I am using my road bike and I'm fairly competitive even against the guys on full TT bikes.  I am not a big chap and don't produce frame-bending power so weight is really important.  Despite being an aluminium frame, my road bike is pretty light at a shade over 8kg.  I did try a set of clip on areobars but couldn't get comfortable probably due to the geometry of my road bike, however, I did notice the speed advantage. 

So my question is: without breaking the bank, what is the lightest TT frameset I can get?  I have no problem with second hand
