Looking for male triathletes (18-35 years) in regular training to take part in exciting heat research at St Mary's University Twickenham TW1 4SX, into the effects of mouth rinsing on tolerance of cycling in the heat!
The study requires 4 x 2 hour sessions between July and August 2016.
You will be required to cycle at the verbal cue of 'hard-very hard; at 35C heat. Core and skin temperature will be monitored throughout.
Physiological data such as VO2max, sub maximal training zones and body composition including body fat % will be provided following completion.
