Hi all, long time lurker on the site and the forum.
I've been running and cycling for a long time, decided I want a challenge as I approach 50!
I'm comfortable with the bike and run but oh dear god, my swimming is shocking! I can just manage the breast stroke, recent forays to the pool have seen me doing up to 1800m but it takes me about an hour.
The plan is to enter the Aberfeldy sprint in the spring of 2017. Before then I'll be investing in some swimming lessons to finally learn the "crawl".
Nutrition wise, ok, but if I gave up the crisps and biscuits I would shed a few kg!
Love the site, loads of info.
