decent all-rounder helmet under £100

Afternoon all.

I am currently looking for a decent all round helmet for around £100, less would be nice.

I am currently booked for castle howard olympic distance and weymouth 70.3 next year, with more sprints and olympics being added soon.

I have been 2nd-3rd in my age group in the few tris ive done already, to give you an idea of level im at.

My current helmet is now 7 years old and shows it, so i am looking to replace. Ideally i need a helmet which i can wear for races, but not look like a prat on training cycles (no long tails) but still have an aero benefit over my current cheapo helmet.

Something like the specialized evade would work, but the ones ive seen are above budget.

I was also recommended the Giro Air attack shield by a friend.

any help, advice, recommendations come very welcome as i am still relatively new to tri.
