The Penrith Sprint Tri, organised by one of the few BTF accredited organisers on the edge of the wonderfully scenic Lake District, will this year be on Bank Holiday Sunday 28th Aug.

Having recieved some excellent feedback in recent years we hope to make this year's event even more enjoyable, event better at a bargainous £22 for BTF members! (£25 non BTF)

I raced this last year (can't make it this year ) - It's a well run event, good value, on pretty quiet roads. The bike course is on the hilly side of undulating, with a couple of little climbs.

I'd recommend it.

I couldn't ask for a better recommendation than that!

This year's WILL be even better, particularly the finish area, spectator facilities, race shirts and post event food.
