Eight weeks to a 70.3
Hi I'm training for an Ironman 70.3. Everything was going well until I had to take a 3-4 week break from Training, now I'm back with eight weeks to go I'm looking for some advice to be as prepared as I can, I'd love to get below 6 hours,
I'm mid forties uninjured (fingers crossed) and in reasonable shape from base fitness training. I have completed this distance once before, two years ago.
Any help will be greatly appreciated
