First full distance at the outlaw
Hi guys, I am about to do my first full distance tri in a few weeks, I am now starting to notice my swimming is going backwards? Did a pool swim last night and was struggling to do more than 1k. I am feeling well out of breath, struggling to remember my training up until recently I have been knocking out between 3-6k a week. Tell me this is just nerves and others have experienced it!
