Brutal Double Sept 2018

Hey folks, Anyone raced the Brutal double in Llanberis before? Any tips? Apparently the lake is freezing - not good when you have Reynaurds. This will be my first ultra distance tri (my longest being an olympic last year) but I'm an ultra runner of 4 years so a seasoned visitor to the pain cave. Any training advice would be hugely appreciated though. I have an IM training schedule in place starting in March but will obviously need to step certain aspects up for the double. Cheers Rik
